Γεώργιος Ράικος

He was born in 1967. For more than two decades he has served in multiple senior positions
in the areas of Banking & Finance, Sales & Marketing, and Compliance and Project
Management. He also enabled large-scale projects with established Governance
Frameworks as well as the application of best practices in IT security and IT Audit.
He served as a member of the Board of Directors as the General Secretary of the ISACA
Athens Chapter (2010-2014). From this position he actively promoted innovation and IT as
the key drivers of Change, especially in market destabilization and crises conditions.
He creates and engages in challenging projects in the marketplace of ideas. He offers
Consultancy and Strategic Coaching to numerous Tech start-ups with high-risk/highpotential
profile. He also participates in a number of other grassroots start-ups as a Board
Member. He is a serial entrepreneur himself, having found 5 start-ups and an open source
incubator platform.
He loves to develop leadership and vision with teams of like-minded entrepreneurs. He
considers his biggest asset to be his network of contacts and his capacity to develop human
capital as the most important production input.
