Pharmacokinetics modelling, Bayesian PK modelling, modelling and simulation, adaptive designs, design and analysis of drug – to -drug interaction studies and first in human studies, gene expression data analysis and sample sizing approaches.
Subject matter expert in Bayesian design and analysis of early phase studies.

Postdoctoral Research Statistician at Pfizer Pharmaceutical (Non – Clinical statistics)
Duties: Platform line support, development of novel methodologies for the analysis of EEG data, microarray data analysis, multivariate analysis, design and analysis of experiments.
Study analysis, and reporting of regulatory studies in Drug Safety R&D, including safety pharmacology, abuse potential and drug discrimination studies. Work on translatable biomarkers (in vivo), e.g. EEG data and ocular endpoints analysis. Collaborations with computational chemists. Work in respiratory therapeutic area e.g. analysing COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) data. Pharmacodynamics modelling, in particular develop models for estimating the intrinsic clearance. Analysis of data coming from the comparative medicine unit.
